Job summary

Global Finance Teams in the Philippines is seeking a Project Manager to drive key initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help clients scale and succeed in a fully remote capacity.

You will define scope, manage budgets and timelines, coordinate global teams, assess risks, and communicate progress to senior stakeholders. Excellent English and US-time-zone availability are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in PR, communications, marketing, or a creative agency.
• Proven ability to run multiple campaigns with competing deadlines and many stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Wrike, or Jira.
• Working knowledge of budgets, scope, and resource planning, including tracking hours, utilization, and profitability.
• Experience coordinating global or distributed teams across time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, with confidence presenting status updates to senior stakeholders.
• Willing to work US time zone and fully remote.
