About the Role

The Finance Process Transformation Lead sets the standard for how Finance transformation work is designed and delivered. You own the methodology, hold the quality bar across engagements, and make sure every deliverable reflects real domain depth.

You will lead and develop a team of specialists, guide them on process redesign and senior level presentation, and work closely with technology and delivery counterparts so that process and platform decisions fit together. You will also shape how humans, AI agents, and processes work together within the team’s approach, and coach your team on applying it in practice.

Your Responsibilities

• Build AI into future state process design for clients, and into how your own workstream operates, using the right tools and purpose built agents to speed up deliverables
• Establish the redesign standard for Finance: how the team evaluates the domain, defines future state processes, brings in AI, and shapes operating model changes
• Oversee consistent use of that standard across all engagements in your portfolio
• Decide how client discovery workshops, recommendation readouts, and approvals are run
• Set the approach for benchmarking and transformation roadmaps
• Make sure functional playbooks and domain knowledge are applied in the same way across the team’s work
• Lead client facing sessions and maintain strong day to day stakeholder relationships
• Give final sign off on process designs before they reach the client
• Manage, grow, and coach your direct reports, especially on redesign thinking, domain application, and presenting to senior leaders
• Work with technology and delivery partners on joint deliverables
• Define how AI agent experiences are specified, reviewed, and validated within transformation deliverables

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting
• Strong Finance domain expertise that you can turn into a repeatable transformation approach
• A record of setting and governing methodology across multiple client engagements
• Experience leading and developing people in a consulting setting
• Confidence running client workshops and presenting to senior executives
