Job summary

Rare Philippines invites applications for an Associate, Finance and Accounting who will provide accounting, payroll and administrative support to the team. Working closely with the Manager, Finance and Grants, you will help ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance across the organization.

This full‑time role requires strong Excel skills, experience with Sage Intacct or similar systems, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy, international environment across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of three years of relevant accounting/payroll experience.
• Experience in international/cross-cultural work is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with accounting and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for tax purposes and statutory filings.
• Process payroll using Sprout Payroll System and BPI BizLink.
• Maintain staff reimbursement tracker and review expense reports.
• Assist during audits and donor financial reviews.
• Collaborate with Finance team to ensure timely month-end close and accurate financial records.
