Responsibilities

• Confirm bank deposits and deposit checks for Members (CA).
• Upload commissions and maintain commission records.
• Print checks for commission transfers and fund-related payments.
• Encode fund transfers to the general ledger.
• Update outstanding checks for expenses and purchases.
• Download and email commission data (UNION TRANSFER BINARY, UNILEVEL AND DIRECT).
• Release supplier checks and record payments to vendors.
• Process other bills and payments as assigned.
