Job summary

Dreamlife International in the Philippines is seeking an experienced finance professional to join our finance team as a Financial Analyst. You will contribute to financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring data accuracy and timely management insights.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field, CPA preferred, with at least five years in financial analysis or related roles. Proficiency with ERP systems like SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, or MYOB is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• CPA license preferred; CFA, CMA, or other relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, financial planning, accounting, or related finance roles.
• Experience in preparing financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Solid understanding of financial statements preparation and analysis (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement).
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Knowledge of cost accounting, revenue analysis, cash flow management, and financial risk assessment.
• Familiarity with Philippine financial regulations, tax basics, and reporting standards; Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB).
