Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Finance Business Partner to lead Business Controlling and Operations Control. You will partner with Product, Operations, and country teams to ensure financial visibility, strong governance, and process improvements.

The role covers P&L management, KPI monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, and data integrity. You will drive insights, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration to optimise performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• At least 5 years in finance controlling or operations within logistics.
• Strong accounting knowledge and business analysis capability.

Responsibilities

• Act as Finance Business Partner to Product and Operations leaders.
• Analyze monthly P&L, KPIs, and trends; prepare management reporting.
• Provide business insights to support decision-making.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles aligned with strategy.
• Own operation control KPI monitoring and reporting for the country.
• Drive corrective actions and track implementation.
