TechBrein Solutions Private Limited is seeking a Finance Operations Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and compliance execution in a hands-on role. You will own transactional workflows, ensure GST compliance, and deliver timely MIS reports using Zoho Books and Excel.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance operations, with B.Com/M.Com and strong knowledge of GST. This on-site role requires meticulousness and ownership across tasks.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of accounting or finance operations experience.
• B.Com or M.Com in Finance/Commerce.
• GST filings and compliance experience.
• Proficient with Zoho Books and MS Excel/Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts in Zoho Books.
• Record routine financial transactions: sales, purchases, expenses, and journals.
• Perform timely bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) accurately.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely collections.
• Generate MIS reports: P&L, cash flow, AR/AP aging.
• Maintain audit-ready records with proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance timelines and workflow adherence.
