Job summary

Our Clients in Manila invites an Assistant Finance Manager to lead daily finance operations from onsite QC West Avenue, Monday to Friday. This role demands organized, system-oriented leadership overseeing a small team and collaborating with executive and advisory teams.

You will ensure data integrity, manage cash flow, support financial planning, and reinforce internal controls. The successful candidate will work with external CFO advisors and QS partners to drive cost control and performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or finance; CPA is an advantage.
3–5 years in finance operations, financial reporting, or accounting.
Audit firm background is highly preferred.
Experience in real estate or property development is advantageous.
Strong data reconciliation and MS Excel skills.
Ability to work independently in a policy-guided environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee finance operations and ensure precision of collections and disbursements.
Manage cash flow, treasury positions, and internal cash management system.
Maintain data integrity across reporting systems with source-data teams.
Consolidate internal dashboards and reports for management.
Assist with financial planning using approved templates.
Enforce internal controls and accounting policies.
Collaborate with external CFO advisory and QS teams on cost control.
Lead and develop two Finance Specialists, with promotion potential.
