Job summary

• Degree in any Finance course, preferably a CPA.
• 3+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance.
• Amenable to any shift.
• Knowledge in SAP and MS Applications is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure AO, AR, and AP activities are timely and KPI-driven.
• Drive best practices and controls; propose efficiency changes.
• Ensure NAS/NIBS compliance for financial accuracy.
• Coordinate debriefs, workstream reviews, and MOR resolutions.
• Coach team members and build functional capability.
• Ensure service levels with markets and Nestlé HQ.
• Identify automation opportunities with BSA/Automation partners.
• Drive cross-market benchmarking for standardization and digitization.
