Job summary

Nestlé Philippines is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Business Services team in Manila. You will manage AP processes, coordinate with hubs and markets, and ensure timely, accurate invoicing and reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and has at least 3 years in SAP FICO-based AP in a large SSC environment, with strong analytical and communication skills. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Accounts Payable in SSC environment.
• Strong analytical, reporting and data skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with SAP FICO and SAP system.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to handle sensitive information.
• Adaptable and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage discussions with hub and market on SLA results and issues.
• Handle escalations from market and coordinate resolutions.
• Perform deep-dive analysis of AP invoice posting issues.
• Ensure hub processes are timely and high quality.
• Ensure controls are in place and compliant with policy.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement projects (NCE).
• Coach hub personnel for timeliness and quality.
• Participate in benchmarking of operations.
• Monitor testing of BCP and address gaps.
• Understand AP processes and financial KPIs.
• Assist Lead with reports and projects.
• Update Standard Routines for changes.
