Job summary

iglooinsure.com is seeking a Junior Finance Executive to support our Finance team in Manila. You will assist with daily financial transactions, month-end close, and ensure compliance with policies and statutory requirements.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are essential in this fast-paced environment. The role covers accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, reconciliations, budgeting support, and collaboration with internal departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; up to 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with ERP or accounting software (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare and record journal entries.
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Monitor cash receipts and payments.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Support month-end and year-end closing and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with tax filings and statutory reports.
