Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
3–5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience with internal controls and audits.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Review and reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy.
Ensure timely reporting of financial data in accordance with deadlines.
Perform bank reconciliations and other GL functions.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide management commentary.
Support audits and assist in regulatory compliance.
Suggest process improvements and drive automation to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and tax.
Prepare ad-hoc reports and support budgeting and forecasting.
