Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or similar fields.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related majors.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive and able to work independently
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in general accounting, AP/AR, bank reconciliation
• Basic knowledge of cost accounting or manufacturing finance is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly excel and familiar with accounting software or ERP Systems- QuickBooks or SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Execution: Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) invoices timely and accurately.
• Bookkeeping & Reconciliation: Maintain daily accounting ledgers and perform routine bank reconciliations.
• Expense Management: Verify employee expense claims against company policies and process payments
• Data Integrity: Input financial data into the ERP system and ensure all files are properly archived
• Audit Support: Prepare supporting vouchers and documents for monthly closing and yearly external audits
• Monthly salary settlement for local employees
• Provide data for inventory checks and audits
