• Having handled company bank and cash flow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily bank balances and cash position.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor upcoming obligations.
• Handle revolving loan applications, renewals, and drawdowns.
• Monitor outstanding loans, credit facilities, and payment schedules.
• Monitor customer collections and accounts receivable.
• Follow up and coordinate on overdue customer accounts.
• Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring actual expenses against budget.
• Prepare regular finance and cash flow reports for management.
• Coordinate with banks, Accounting, Sales, and other departments on financial matters.
• Ensure proper financial controls and procedures are followed.
