Urgent ₱25-45K [Monthly] On-site - Manila 3-5 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards, handle tax filing and related management tasks.
• Process BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) compliance, SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) filings, and permits as required
• Monitor bank transactions and reconcile accounts regularly
• Process paid check vouchers to contractors and suppliers, ensuring proper documentation (Official Receipt/Collection Receipt/ACR)
• Daily bookkeeping: Responsible for recording and managing the company’s daily financial accounts.
• Other Finance/Accounting-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Finance Officer or similar role, preferably in the Marketing and Advertising
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Amenable to work in Taguig City
• Can start ASAP
