• Implement ad hoc financial reports as required by Management.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
• Prepare year-end financial audit requirements for subsidiaries.
• Submit monthly government statutory reports for subsidiaries.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for external reviews.
• Ensure all transactions are properly authorized and compliant.
• Oversee receivables and ensure timely collection.
• Oversee payables and timely payment.
• Ensure proper accounting of all corporate funds.
