Jade Solutions and Management Services Inc. in the Philippines seeks an Accounting Manager to oversee the family office’s accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls. You will manage multi-entity entities, review financial statements, and coordinate with external advisers.

The role focuses on ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and insights for strategic planning. Strong CPA and 5–8 years’ supervisory experience preferred, with confidentiality a must.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 5–8 years of accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in a family office, holding company, private investment firm, real estate group, or multi-entity environment is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, cash management, and internal controls.
• Experience handling multiple entities, consolidated reporting, and intercompany transactions is an advantage.
• Familiarity with investments, real estate assets, and wealth-related financial reporting is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• High integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the accounting operations, financial reporting, and bookkeeping activities of the family office and its related entities.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, budgets, cash flow reports, and financial analyses.
• Monitor cash positions, bank accounts, receivables, payables, and intercompany transactions.
• Oversee accounting records for family-owned businesses, real estate assets, investments, and other financial holdings, as applicable.
• Coordinate tax compliance, statutory filings, and financial documentation with external accountants, auditors, tax advisers, and legal counsel.
• Establish and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure accurate reporting.
• Monitor financial performance and provide management with insights to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Oversee reconciliations, financial reviews, audit preparation, and resolution of accounting discrepancies.
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, property managers, investment advisers, and other service providers as needed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive financial, business, and family-related information.
• Supervise accounting personnel and ensure timely completion of financial reporting and compliance requirements.
