Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations for its Cebu City retail and distribution business on-site, Monday to Friday. This role drives financial planning, reporting, compliance, and strategic insights to support profitability and growth.

The ideal candidate holds a finance or accounting degree (CPA preferred), 5–8 years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations, with proven leadership in multi-branch or FMCG settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA preferred).
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-branch operations is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and Philippine tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and financial plans aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost control initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Partner with retail operations teams to optimize margins and inventory management.
• Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and internal controls.
