The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of accounting experience, with strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, preferably with a CPA certification. This role involves supervising staff and collaborating on financial decisions within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of accounting experience required.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role necessary.

Responsabilités

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations.
• Prepare and review financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Collaborate with management.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies.
