Lennor Group is seeking a Finance Supervisor in Manila to oversee accounting and financial operations for the Philippine branch. You will ensure accurate reporting, timely tax compliance, and coordination with headquarters and auditors. Strong governance and data integrity are essential.

The role requires coordination with local authorities and service providers, driving financial controls, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Day shift, onsite setup in Malate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting/finance experience with full-cycle accounting.
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting and tax compliance, including BIR.
• Mandarin communication with HQ for accounting matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Philippine branch’s accounting activities and reporting.
• Coordinate local tax declarations and statutory requirements with BIR and service providers.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit findings.
• Maintain master data, transactional records, and financial documentation for audit readiness.
• Monitor compliance with Philippine regulations and company policies; implement HQ controls locally.
