Job summary

Surbana Jurong North Asia is seeking a Senior Finance Controller in Metro Manila. The role leads the controllership function, oversees financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury activities for local entities, including cross-border coordination where applicable.

You will manage a team, drive process improvements, ensure statutory compliance, and provide timely insights to senior management for decision-making. A CPA and 10+ years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/degree in accounting or management accounting.
• CPA licensure is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years in finance or controllership.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S4 and MS Office preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and close processes for multiple entities.
• Monitor workloads, assign tasks, and lead the finance team.
• Review forecasts, budgets, and provide analyses for management.
• Ensure balance sheet accuracy and timely reconciliations.
• Coordinate audits, statutory filings, and tax compliance.
• Support development of business plans and financial strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in controllership and governance.
