Job summary

CITADEL Pacific Ltd. in the Philippines is seeking a Finance Manager focused on Continuous Improvement and ESG to support the Finance Director/CFO.

You will ensure strong controls, ESG-related risk management, and compliance across the company’s processes, and you will own ESG reporting and continuity planning. As an individual contributor, you will drive report generation, process mapping, document management, and service management, collaborating with stakeholders to align with IP&E GBA

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
• CPA license is preferred.
• More than 5 years of relevant experience.
• Analytical with some level of business, finance and accounting understanding.
• Excellent numerical ability and Excel skills.
• Strong coordination skills and communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Director/CFO in ensuring strong controls, ESG‑related risk management and compliance.
• Own ESG report generation processes and implement plans for disruption-resilient operations (BCP).
• Assist in report generation, Business Review activities, Process Map Creation and Document Management.
