You will supervise journal entries, manage month-end and year-end closings, prepare and review financial statements, and maintain fixed asset schedules.

Qualifications

• Strong technical accounting skills with preparation and review of financial statements and knowledge of accounting standards.
• Hands-on experience with journal entries, general ledger management, and account reconciliations.
• Foundation in finance including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
• Experience managing fixed assets including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and reconciliations.
• Analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insights.
• CPA license and a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Several years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or managerial roles.
• Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets; ERP familiarity is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Effective communication and leadership skills with a collaborative approach.

Key responsibilities include supervising journal entries, managing month-end and year-end closing, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and maintaining fixed asset schedules and reconciliations. The Accounting Manager will monitor compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, coordinate with external auditors, and support tax and regulatory filings. The role will also involve analyzing financial data to support management decisions, improving accounting processes, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders on budgeting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications

• Strong technical accounting skills, including preparation and review of Financial Statements and understanding of relevant accounting standards.
• Hands-on experience with core accounting operations such as Journal Entries (Accounting), general ledger management, and account reconciliations.
• Solid foundation in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning to support business decision-making.
• Practical experience managing and tracking Fixed Assets, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and asset reconciliations.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Several years of progressive accounting experience, including prior experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
