88Staff Outsourcing, Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager - Client Services in Cebu to lead a small accounting team for a US client. You will ensure timely, accurate deliverables and mentor staff while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

In a startup environment, you will drive process improvements, oversee general ledger activities, reconciliations, AR/AP, and management reporting, and lead weekly client meetings to present financial statements to startup founders.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: mentor and guide a small team of accountants promoting teamwork and professional growth.
• Accounting: deliver comprehensive accounting solutions to clients including general ledger, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable and management reporting.
• Process Improvement: provide process improvement recommendations especially on system automation to improve efficiency and internal controls.
• Collaboration: collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to foster good professional working relationships and address dependencies in all deliverables.
• Query Resolution: address inquiries promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Client Meetings: lead weekly client meetings to update clients on financial statements and explain figures to startup founders.

• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to foster good professional working relationship, mitigate risks and address dependencies in all our deliverables.
• Query Resolution: Address email and chat inquiries promptly, provide recommendations and handle proper escalation of issues when necessary.
• Client Meetings: Take the lead in client weekly meetings to update clients on financial statements, explain the figures understandable to start-up founders and raise any help needed from the team.
