Job summary

You will prepare complete, timely financial reports and supervise staff adherence to procedures. You will communicate results to the General Manager and departments, recommending improvements and driving key metrics across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
• Forecast cash flow
• Ensure that the available funds support operational and capital requirements through proper cash and funds handling
• Prepare complete, timely, and accurate financial reports including schedules.
• Ensure that accounting staff adheres to company policies and procedures
• Communicate results of analysis to the General Manager and to each department as necessary and recommends improvement activities
• Comply key business metrics and completes set of financial reports
