Responsibilities

• Oversee property finance operations.
• Prepare financial reports such as P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Position Report.
• Supervise billing & collection and admin/disbursement staff.
• Prepare board presentation materials and attend board meetings.
• Monitor cash advance and petty cash fund.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
• Perform other related tasks.
