Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, mathematics, or related fields.
• Five or more years of work experience in a financial role.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively.
• Excellent business judgment, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Adaptability to changing financial conditions and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate budgeting preparation, management and monitoring processes.
• Review annual budgets and recommend changes if needed.
• Prepare monthly P&L and manage review of financials with Department Heads.
• Ensure financial reports are prepared and delivered on time.
• Monitor and manage all expenses within the allocated budget.
• Perform financial analysis, reporting and management activities.
• Review financial data for accuracy, correctness and completeness.
• Hire and train new employees on financial operations.
• Establish key financial strategies to enhance profitability.
• Ensure financial team follows company policies and regulations.
• Develop standard accounting procedures/finance policies to improve efficiency.
• Participate in performance evaluations of finance staff and provide development counseling.
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Monitor direct and indirect costs (Cost Control); communicate KPI to management.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Generate financial reports on budgets, payables, receivables, expenses.
• Establish accurate forecasts for expenses and revenues.
• Monitor industry trends and opportunities to maximize profits.
• Aid management in financial decisions.
