Job summary

You will lead the finance team, prepare monthly reports, manage regulatory filings, and assist with annual budgets and cash flow projections in a demanding on-site role in Metro Manila.

A Bachelor's in accounting/finance and SAP experience are required; CPA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or any finance-related course.
• Must have at least two (2) years of experience in SAP.
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Responsibilities

• Prepares and present monthly financial reports to management.
• Ensures compliance with any and all financial and contract reporting requirements of regulatory agencies.
• Ensures that all accountable forms and journals are properly reported and complied.
• Assists in the preparation of annual budgets and cash flow projections.
• Assists in resolving accounting and financial problems and/or issues.
• Assists in preparing special cost studies as required.
• Perform additional duties as requested by the members of the executive committee.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Finance Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the financial health of the organization. This position is responsible for managing financial planning, monitoring budgets, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic insights to support business growth. The Finance Manager will lead the finance team in preparing accurate reports, analyzing financial data, and advising management on key financial decisions.
