Finance Manager – Role Overview

Detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and guarantee strict SLA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Financial Processing & SLA Management: Manage high-volume billing and invoicing workflows, ensuring all daily and monthly financial transactions and reports meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) without delay.
• Analysis & Reporting: Conduct Invoice analysis, attend to stakeholders' and clients' Invoice queries, variance reporting, and assist with month-end close processes to ensure complete financial accuracy and prevent billing discrepancies.
• Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all financial transactions and reports, accruals, and invoicing processes strictly adhere to internal controls and third-party audit standards.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary financial liaison for internal stakeholders and external clients, resolving escalations and communicating billing adjustments clearly and professionally.
• Tool Utilization: Utilize standard financial and invoicing platforms as a highly proficient end‑user to execute daily financial operations and analyze necessary reports.

Qualifications

• Professional Experience: Proven experience in finance operations and billing.
• Technical Tool Proficiency: Hands‑on experience operating as an end‑user within financial systems and invoicing tools.
• Analytical Skills: Strong capability in Invoice analysis, variance tracking, and reviewing financial reports to spot errors prior to submission.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written client communication skills, with the ability to de‑escalate issues and clearly explain financial concepts or corrections to stakeholders and clients.
• Bonus Experience: Background in Workforce Management and Financial Analysis is a strong plus.
