Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial policies in compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards.
• Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial efficiency and cost control.
• Generate quarterly financial reports and assist with year-end audit procedures.
• Ensure timely submission of corporate taxes in compliance with local regulations.
• Handle banking transactions with regional and international partners for smooth financial operations.
• Manage remittances and government-mandated contributions.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the accounting team.
• Maintain cash flow projections to support financial decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide leadership and support for financial projects and daily operational tasks.
