Job summary

The VITO Group is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting professional in the Philippines. The role requires CPA licensure and a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, with at least 5 years in finance and accounting.

You will oversee financial statements, AP/AR/GL, tax compliance, audits, and month-end close, while coordinating with external auditors in a hybrid work setup (3 onsite days, 2 days WFH) with a monthly salary of PHP 80,000–100,000.

Qualifications

• CPA license is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy is required.
• At least 5 years of finance and accounting experience.
• Must have experience working in an accounting/audit firm.
• Retail industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong background in financial reporting and tax compliance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
