You will supervise accounts payable and receivable, consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, ensure compliance with Philippine regulations, and provide financial insights to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with supervisory exposure.

• Solid knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and controls.

Position Details

Position: Accounting Manager

Level: Managerial

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee and supervise the financial and accounting operations of our group of companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely preparation of financial reports, maintaining proper accounting controls, and providing financial insights to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the accounting and financial activities of the group of companies.
• Oversee the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Review and monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliation, and general ledger activities.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, financial performance, and other key financial indicators.
• Review financial reports and identify discrepancies, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Establish and maintain effective accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax professionals, banks, and other financial institutions when necessary.
• Provide management with financial analysis, reports, and recommendations for business decisions.
• Perform other financial and accounting-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience handling the accounting and financial reporting of multiple companies is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, general accounting, taxation, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting and tax regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential financial information.
• Able to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
