Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

• Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and controls.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate external and internal audits, ensuring proper documentation and corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with DOLE and government‑mandated financial reporting for employee benefits and labor‑related costs.

Strategic Support

• Provide financial analysis to support management decisions and business planning.
• Advise senior management on cost control, investment opportunities, and risk management.
• Support operational departments (construction, hospitality, logistics) with financial insights for project costing and profitability.

Leadership & Team Development

• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
• Conduct training on compliance, financial systems, and reporting standards.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the finance team.

Systems & Process Improvement

• Implement and optimize accounting software and ERP systems.
• Streamline processes for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Ensure proper documentation and archiving of financial records.
