Primary Function

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Finance Manager to lead our remote accounting team and oversee a portfolio of clients. This role requires strong leadership, technical accounting expertise, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements while driving team performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Accounting Supervisors




• Manage a portfolio of accounting clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery

• Build and maintain strong client relationships




• Oversee client onboarding and implementation processes

Job Requirements
