Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QNE, SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CPA certification or other relevant financial certifications (preferred).
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations (preferred).
• Ability to lead and mentor financial team (preferred).
