Trendz 360 Philippines, Inc. is looking for an experienced and hands‑on Finance Manager to manage the day‑to‑day finance and accounting function of our Philippines operations.
This is a broad, hands‑on role in a lean organization with a manageable transaction volume. It is suitable for an experienced accounting professional who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the full accounting cycle, statutory compliance and financial reporting.
The role will also coordinate payroll and basic HR administration, as well as liaise with external auditors, tax advisers, banks and other service providers.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Manage month‑end and year‑end closing.
- Monitor cash flow and banking requirements.
- Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Manage inventory accounting and stock reconciliations.
- Handle import costing, supplier payments and foreign currency transactions.
- Ensure timely compliance with BIR tax filings, VAT, withholding taxes and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisers for annual audit and tax matters.
- Maintain proper accounting records, documentation and internal controls.
- Provide finance support and reporting to the Group Financial Controller.
Payroll & HR Administration
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
- Handle statutory contributions including SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG.
- Maintain employee leave, attendance and payroll records.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and basic HR documentation.
- Assist with recruitment administration and employee record‑keeping.
- Coordinate with external HR/payroll providers where applicable.
External Coordination
- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, tax advisers and the Corporate Secretary.
- Coordinate with banks on payments and routine banking matters.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers on import documentation, duties and related matters.
- Coordinate with insurance providers and other outsourced service providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
- Experience handling the full set of accounts independently.
- Experience in a trading, wholesale, distribution or import/export business is preferred.
- Knowledge of Philippine taxation and statutory compliance.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and statutory employee contributions.
- Experience with inventory accounting and import costing is an advantage.
- Proficient in accounting software or ERP systems.
- CPA qualification is an advantage but not required.
- Independent, hands‑on and detail‑oriented.
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills for dealing with management, banks, auditors, vendors and other business partners.
