Job description

Responsibilities

• Handle the bookkeeping, monitoring, and control of financial transactions of the property
• Provide accurate and reliable information to assist management and operations in evaluating the results of financial operations
• Monitor the billing and collection
• Prepare and comply with the regulatory requirements with BIR, External Auditor and SEC
• Prepares monthly bank reconciliation and disposes / resolves the reconciling items
• Reviews and analyses yearend forecast and annual budget per property
• Attends to additional concerns/requested financial reports by the BOT/Finance Committee

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience in accounting/finance
• Preferably with experience in financial reporting and general accounting
