You will oversee daily finance, accounting, taxation, and treasury activities, ensuring compliance with Philippine regulations and supporting decision-making with robust financial data. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, and hands-on expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting.
• Experience with Philippine tax rules and BIR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance, accounting, taxation, and treasury operations.
• Ensure full compliance with Philippine tax regulations and BIR filings.
• Prepare financial reports, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
• Support internal controls and process improvements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies.
• Provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Monitor expenses, inventory, fixed assets, and distributor transactions.
• Ensure timely submission of reports and compliance documents.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly capable and business-oriented Finance Manager to support and strengthen our operations in the Philippines. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in finance, accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance, particularly within a fast-paced and growing business environment. The Finance Manager will play a key role in overseeing daily financial operations, ensuring compliance with Philippine regulations, and supporting business decision-making through effective financial management and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily finance, accounting, taxation, and treasury operations
• Ensure full compliance with Philippine tax regulations, BIR requirements, and statutory filings
• Prepare and manage financial reports, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
• Support operational finance activities and strengthen internal financial controls and processes
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, government agencies, and third-party service providers
• Provide financial and risk management support to business operations
• Monitor company expenses, inventory, fixed assets, and distributor-related financial transactions
• Assist management in improving financial efficiency and supporting business growth initiatives
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports and compliance documents
