Job summary

HR Primo Management Services in the Philippines seeks an experienced Finance Head to lead the Finance function, including accounting, treasury and cash management, and business planning. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, sound budgeting and forecasting, and provide insights to drive strategic decisions.

You will supervise the Finance team, oversee liquidity and working capital, and partner with management to optimize profitability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in Finance management or a similar role.
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of treasury, cash management, and working capital.
• Experience supervising or managing a Finance/Accounting team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the Finance function, including Accounting, Treasury, Cash Management, and Business Planning.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and management accounts.
• Manage liquidity, cash position, funding requirements, and working capital.
• Oversee cash forecasting, banking relationships, fund allocation, and efficient use of financial resources.
• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process.
• Monitor financial performance against business targets and provide actionable insights to management.
• Provide recommendations on financial strategies, profitability, and cost optimization.
• Drive improvements in Finance processes, systems, and overall financial performance.
• Supervise and coordinate Finance team members to ensure effective departmental performance.
