Our Clients in Manila is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to oversee daily finance operations, ensure data integrity, and lead a two-person finance team while collaborating with executive leadership and external advisory partners.

The role emphasizes control enforcement, treasury coordination, financial reporting, and cross-functional planning, with potential promotion to Finance Manager within 1–2 years based on performance.

Qualifications

• Educational background in accountancy or finance; CPA is a plus.
• 3–5 years in finance operations, reporting, or accounting; audit exposure preferred.
• Experience in real estate or property development is advantageous.
• Solid knowledge of financial reporting, balance sheet, and data reconciliation.
• Proficient with ERP/accounting systems, spreadsheets, dashboards, and cash management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance operations and coordinate with accounts management and treasury teams.
• Monitor cash flow, treasury positions, variances, and act as internal user/administrator of cash systems.
• Ensure data integrity across reporting systems including actuals, projections, and balance sheet accounts.
• Develop internal dashboards and reports for management decision-making.
• Assist management with financial planning using approved templates.
• Enforce and improve internal controls and accounting policies.
• Coordinate with external CFO advisory team for compliance reviews and with QS team for cost control.
• Direct and develop two Finance Specialists with potential promotion within 1–2 years.
