PRIME Philippines is seeking a high-caliber Finance Manager to lead finance and accounting operations across a multi-entity real estate services group in the Philippines. This hands-on role emphasizes governance, discipline, and reporting accuracy, not just number crunching.

As the key finance operations leader, you will oversee financial reporting, compliance, treasury coordination, internal controls, and the development of scalable processes with a growing team, driving operational excellence

Qualifications

• CPA required with 5+ years in finance/accounting
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing finance/accounting teams
• Experience in financial reporting, multi-entity accounting, tax compliance, internal controls, audit management, treasury governance and process improvement

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports
• Review financial reporting across multiple entities for completeness and accuracy
• Oversee tax filing, remittance, and compliance including VAT, withholding taxes, income tax, and payroll taxes
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulators
• Strengthen internal controls and design SOPs
• Oversee treasury, cash governance, and collections visibility
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team
• Support ERP/finance system implementations and process automation
