Job summary

SIDE is seeking a Finance Lead in Makati City, Philippines to manage end-to-end financial operations, ensure accurate accounting records, and comply with local statutory requirements. This hybrid role involves 2 days per week on-site to coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for audits, budgeting, and MIS reporting.

You will oversee cash flow, statutory reporting, Group and Local audits, and contract compliance, using Filipino accounting principles and MS D365/Office tools.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree or certification.
• 4–6 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience.
• Good English speaking and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end finance operations for Philippines business.
• Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet and statutory reports.
• Coordinate with external accounting agency for taxes and compliance.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting and treasury activities.
• Support budget, MIS reporting and audits.
• Involve with local and group accounting teams for reporting.
