Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field
• CPA is an advantage
• At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), BIR regulations, and internal controls
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Finance Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Company's finance function, ensuring effective financial planning, cash flow management, financial reporting, budgeting support, treasury operations, internal controls, statutory compliance, and financial analysis.
• Oversees the Finance team and ensures the timely preparation of accurate financial information to support management decision-making while safeguarding company assets.
