Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Willing to learn and gain hands-on experience in finance and accounting processes.
• Basic knowledge of accounting or financial documentation is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle documents accurately.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in posting Bills of Lading (BOL) and related financial documents.
• Prepare and print posting vouchers and bank confirmations.
• Assist in updating and maintaining vouchers in the online system.
• Monitor and identify the appropriate document boxes for filing and storage.
• Arrange, organize, and properly file financial documents in designated boxes.
• Ensure documents are properly labeled, complete, and organized for easy retrieval.
• Assist the Finance team with other day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling financial documents and records.
