Job summary

APEIRON CONSULTANCY INC. is seeking a driven Finance Intern to support accounting, finance, and strategic engagements.

You will assist in market research, financial modeling, and valuation analyses to evaluate transactions, while helping analyze historical performance and advise on strategic decisions. The role is on-site in BGC, Taguig, with a paid internship and a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM).

Qualifications

• Open to voluntary and mandatory internship.
• Must be graduates or students of BS Financial Management or related.

Responsibilities

• Assist in research and evaluate market trends, industry developments, and competitor strategies.
• Assist in developing financial models and perform valuation analyses to assess transaction potential.
• Assist in analyzing historical financial performance and operational data to offer recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Perform finance, commercial, and operational due diligence to support transactions closing.
• Assist in managing project timelines to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Assist in contributing to firm-wide initiatives, including thought leadership, research, and business development efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform strategy development.

As a Finance Intern, you will support internal accounting and finance functions, in addition to the execution of engagements in strategy and transactions. The role will handle the following but not limited to:
