Job summary

Air Liquide Philippines invites students for a 3–6 month internship in Finance/Accounting. The program covers getting hands-on exposure to document control, tax certificates, and balance sheet analysis while working onsite with one day per week of remote work.

Applicants should have a finance or accounting degree, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite. MOA/Endorsement letter is required to proceed; duration is 3 to 6 months, with Monday to Friday workdays and onsite

Responsibilities

• Perform document scanning and filing (receipts, vouchers, invoices).
• Review and validate documents (e.g., Certificate of Withholding Tax).
• Upload Certificate of Withholding Tax into the system.
• Monitor expense submissions and reconcile with originals.
• Follow up with suppliers on unreceived Original Receipts via email.
• Clean up the Fixed Assets system and ensure robustness.
• Support balance sheet analysis and other reports as needed.
• Assist with adhoc tasks assigned by the Manager.

Air Liquide Philippines, a fully owned subsidiary of Air Liquide Group, started its operations in 1994 and currently employs 230+ people. We operate air separation units (ASU), hydrogen plants, carbon dioxide plants, cylinder refilling stations and depots, on-site plants and pipelines nationwide. Our main plant is situated in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City, and our head office is in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.

We serve a wide spectrum of markets and industries including electronics, food processing, pharmaceuticals, metals, automotive, shipbuilding, and hospitals.

Air Liquide Philippines is ISO 9001:2008 certified as well as GMP certified for medical oxygen. In addition, our liquid carbon dioxide plant in Pasig City filled the requirements for Food Safety System Certification 22000 (FSSC 22000) for the manufacture of this gas as a food additive.

Mission:

This 6 months internship program provides opportunity for students by encouraging both the acquisition of knowledge and its practical application. Students will gain invaluable experience in understanding the business operations through a series of developmental activities.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• To perform document scanning and filing (i.e. Official Receipt, Vouchers, Invoices)
• To review and validate documents (i.e Certificate of Withholding Tax)
• To upload Certificate of Withholding Tax into system
• To monitor E-expense submission and cross check with the original copies
• To follow up with suppliers on the unreceived Original Receipt via email
• To clean up the system to identify the retired tagging for the existing assets, and ensure that the Fixed Assets system is robust
• To support analysis of balance sheet or any reports as necessary
• To support other adhoc tasks assigned by the Manager
• Degree in any discipline of Finance or Accounting
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite applications.
• Require to have MOA/Endorsement Letter
• Able to work as per the work arrangement
