Job summary

Air Liquide Philippines invites students for a 3–6 month internship in Finance/Accounting. The program covers getting hands-on exposure to document control, tax certificates, and balance sheet analysis while working onsite with one day per week of remote work.

Applicants should have a finance or accounting degree, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite. MOA/Endorsement letter is required to proceed; duration is 3 to 6 months, with Monday to Friday workdays and onsite

Responsibilities

• Perform document scanning and filing (receipts, vouchers, invoices).
• Review and validate documents (e.g., Certificate of Withholding Tax).
• Upload Certificate of Withholding Tax into the system.
• Monitor expense submissions and reconcile with originals.
• Follow up with suppliers on unreceived Original Receipts via email.
• Clean up the Fixed Assets system and ensure robustness.
• Support balance sheet analysis and other reports as needed.
• Assist with adhoc tasks assigned by the Manager.
