We’re looking for a Finance Intern to bring your talent to Noventiq Philippines. You’ll be part of the Finance and Accounting team!

Job Overview

This role provides support to the Finance and Accounting department by aiding daily operation al accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances.

What You’ll Do

• Invoice scanning and renaming.
• Sending invoice soft copies to customers.
• Sending hard copy invoices to customers.
• Sending two‑week payment reminder emails (initial email thread).
• Document filing and record management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or any other related field.
• Independent, Responsible, and Honest.
• Knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets).
• Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical error.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities.

Requirements

• Must have a personal laptop.
• Able to provide a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).
• Internship requirement of at least 500 hours.
• Available to work from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with 4 days onsite.
