Job summary

Noventiq Philippines invites you to join as a Finance Intern, supporting daily accounting tasks within a global digital transformation leader. You will scan and rename invoices, send copies to customers, issue two-week reminders, and assist with filing and records management.

The role demands pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, strong Excel skills, and solid data entry ability. A MOA is required, and work is Monday–Friday, 9:00 to 18:00, with 4 days onsite.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• Independent, responsible and honest.
• Excel skills, including financial formulas.
• Strong data entry with ability to spot numerical errors.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Must have a personal laptop.
• Able to provide MOA.
• Available 9:00–18:00, Mon–Fri, 4 days onsite.
• Internship requires at least 500 hours.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Invoice scanning and renaming
• Sending invoice soft copies and hard copies to customers
• Sending two-week payment reminder emails (initial email thread)
• Document filing and record management
• Supporting the Finance and Accounting team in daily operational accounting tasks

About You

The company is looking for:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Independent, responsible, and honest
• Knowledge of Excel, including financial formulas and spreadsheet creation
• Solid data entry skills with ability to identify numerical errors
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Must have a personal laptop
• Able to provide a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
• Available to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with 4 days onsite
• Internship requirement of at least 500 hours
