Job summary

Soundcheck, Inc. is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to oversee all financial operations, provide strategic guidance, and ensure robust budgeting, reporting, and controls.

The role requires CPA certification, extensive finance leadership, and a track record as CFO. The successful candidate will manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and stakeholder communication, driving financial performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or related course.
• CPA Board Passer credential required or preferred.
• Strong leadership and strategic financial planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s finance and accounting operations
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, receivables, payables, and overall financial performance
• Ensure proper financial controls and accounting procedures are implemented
• Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and government regulatory requirements
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
• Lead, supervise, and develop the Finance and Accounting team
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, government agencies, and other financial institutions
• Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate strategies and improvements
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by management

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company’s finance and accounting operations

• Monitor cash flow, expenses, receivables, payables, and overall financial performance
• Ensure proper financial controls and accounting procedures are implemented
• Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and government regulatory requirements

• Extensive knowledge of accounting, budgeting, taxation, and financial reporting
